8Account Closure & Suspension

266bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, unless forfeiture applies due to a Terms violation.

• An admin fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will be fully suspended for the specified duration.
• Permanently closed accounts may not be eligible for reactivation.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
